Service Description

VIRTUAL Initial Connection. The Initial connection session takes more time than follow-up sessions. This is to accommodate for our first in-depth assessment/visualisation of your wholistic wellbeing. After the assessment/visualization is completed, we will create wellness goals together for our follow-up sessions. We determine together how many sessions may be needed. The Initial Connection service can be done in one day or split between two days (2 sessions). Virtual sessions are done via Zoom.
