VIRTUAL Initial Connection
2 hour | 300$
The initial session usually takes more time than follow-up sessions. It can be done in one day or split between two days (2 sessions). An assessment is completed, and wellness goals are created together for our follow-up sessions. We determine together how many sessions are needed.
VIRTUAL Follow-up Connection
1 hour | 150$
Sessions are guided by our collaborative wellness goals created in the initial connection time; however, your time and personal ways of healing are respected. Goals and schedules can adapt, flex and bend to ensure the space you are at remains nurtured and honored.
